Alfred "Jerry" Pacheco

Alfred “Jerry” Pacheco passed away on July 24, 2022 at the age of 70 in Englewood, Colorado at Swedish Medical Center.

Jerry was born January 2,1952 in Leadville, Colorado to his parents Antonio and Eppie Pacheco.  After moving to Denver, he met his wife Valli, they have been married for 44 years. 

Jerry worked at both Climax and Henderson Mine from 1975 to 2016, finally retiring after 41 years of employment. He was extremely passionate about playing golf, which was passed down to his sons and played multiple times a week.  Jerry also enjoyed watching movies with his wife, fishing and camping with family, and he LOVED spending time with his grandchildren.  He was their biggest supporter, always cheering them on at their activities.   

Jerry is survived by his wife Valli Pacheco and sons, Jerry (Christine), David (Melina) and Steven Pacheco. His siblings include his brothers Frank (Krystyna) of Pueblo, Joe (Sharon) of Colorado Springs, John (Ann) of Lakewood, Tony of Aurora, Danny (Margaret) Pacheco of Hesperus and sister Elaine of Leadville. He was a proud Papa to his grandchildren Courtney, Kaitlyn, Kayla (Jerry) and Aubrey (Christine) - Kaiya and Dane (David)- Emiliana and Adrian (Steven); As well as 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
