Cindy Hardinger Obituary

Cindy Lou Hardinger of Littleton, Colorado passed away peacefully at the age of 66 on April 13, 2022  after a brief battle with cancer. Cindy retired from Craig Hospital in December, 2021, after working more  than 40 years as the Lead Unit Secretary. Cindy began her relationship with Craig Hospital as a patient in  1977. Cindy had a passion for nature photography and Native American culture. She went on frequent  road trips searching out petroglyphs on canyon walls and attending powwows. Cindy was preceded in  death by her parents, Leonard and Mary Hardinger, sisters Sherri Martinez Hardinger and Terri Mckee.  She is survived by her sister Linda Hardinger Martinez, son Cody Rios and daughter in law Katie Rios,  grandchildren, Michael Rios, Riley Burns, Camden Rios, Colby Turner, Austin Turner and Aubrey Turner.  She was loved and cherished by all who knew her. In keeping with her private nature, there will be no  funeral services.  Those wishing to honor her life can make a donation to the nonprofit Rec Center at Craig Hospital where she devoted so much of her life’s work to at the link below.
